We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) L3 Consultant with 7–10 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical and functional expertise in LMS who can manage complex support and enhancement activities while engaging directly with clients.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
* 7–10 years of relevant experience
* Advanced English (mandatory)
* SAP Certification (mandatory)
* Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)
* Experience in L3 support and enhancements
Technical & Functional Skills
* LMS–Employee Central (EC) integrations
* MDF and configuration practices
* User connectors and SAP standard jobs
* Experience with:
* SFTP
* Performance and data consistency analysis
Process & Methodology
* Knowledge of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
* Management of critical incidents and complex changes
Soft Skills
* Technical and functional leadership
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving
* Ability to lead stakeholder meetings
Core Responsibilities (L3)
* Own and manage:
* Complex incidents
* Change requests
* Design and implement configurations and enhancements
* Lead integration troubleshooting (SAP CPI )
* Analyze and resolve issues related to:
* System performance
* Support quarterly SAP SuccessFactors releases
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
* Lead client meetings and provide solution recommendations
* Ensure technical quality and alignment with business processes
* LMS and Employee Central integrations
* Learning needs analysis
* LMS governance and continuous evolution
