Inbiose is a spin off company from Ghent University specialized in the development and commercialization of innovative health products through biotechnology, more specifically human milk oligosaccharides.

As we continue to grow globally, we are seeking a strategic, data-driven marketing professional to strengthen our brand presence and accelerate demand generation across key markets.
Our product applications are going across different industries: Infant Nutrition, Animal and plant health, Food Ingredients.
We are looking for a highly motivated entrepreneurial Marketing Manager who combines strong strategic brand thinking with hands-on execution in digital demand generation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand development, content-driven lead generation and operational excellence in HubSpot.
You will shape the Inbiose brand narrative, drive targeted acquisition programs, manage multi-channel campaigns and build and optimize our lead management workflows. This is a unique opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-growing biotech scale-up.
Your profile:
• You have a bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Biotechnology or a related field;
• Proven track record of +5 years in marketing within B2B marketing, ideally in biotech, life sciences, ingredients of technology sectors;
• Proven experience developing brand strategies and executing integrated marketing campaigns;
• Hands-on expertise of HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM, analytics, segmentation and nurturing;
• Excellent communication (English is a must, Dutch & French are nice to have), writing and storytelling skills;
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data & KPI's to drive decisions;
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and work cross-functionally;
• Creativity, strong attention to detail, enthusiasm and positive energy approach;
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint);
• You are hands-on, reliable and happy to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand & Content Leadership
•
Develop and refine Inbiose's global brand strategy, including positioning, messaging, tone of voice and value propositions across segments (B2B, scientific, partner ecosystems);
•
Build compelling content strategies that communicate the scientific, technological and commercial strengths of Inbiose;
•
Lead the creation of high-quality content (whitepapers, case studies, presentations, email nurtures, website copy, video scripts, etc.) in collaboration with internal experts and external agencies;
•
Ensure brand consistency across digital channels, events, collateral and partner communications.
Demand Generation & Lead Lifecycle Management
•
Own Inbiose's lead generation strategy and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified pipeline growth;
•
Plan, build and execute email marketing, landing pages, forms and automation workflows within HubSpot;
•
Implement optimized lead scoring, segmentation, nurturing sequences and CRM workflows to improve lead quality and conversion rates;
•
Monitor campaign performance and continuously refine tactics to increase MQLs, SQLs and partner engagement;
•
Steer the Business Development Management team.
Digital Marketing Operations
•
Manage HubSpot marketing automation and CRM processes, ensuring clean data, accurate attribution and smooth handoff to commercial teams;
•
Execute A/B testing, performance tracking and optimization of campaigns for maximum reach and ROI;
•
Oversee digital channel presence including website, SEO, paid campaigns, webinars and social media (owned and partner);
•
Collaborate with Sales, R&D and Leadership to align on target audience insights, campaigns and commercial priorities.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Impact
•
Work closely with technical and scientific teams to translate complex innovations into clear, compelling value stories;
•
Partner with Sales to support pipeline generation, sales enablement and account-based marketing initiatives;
•
Coordinate with external agencies, designers and content creators to deliver best-in-class marketing outcomes.

In this full-time position, you will receive an attractive salary, complemented by fringe benefits in line with market standards. You will work a 40-hour week, which entitles you to 12 compensation days (ADV). There is also the possibility of remote work from time to time.
