- Author Product Descriptions and functional specifications for all programme deliverables, ensuring each sprint
output is documented, validated, and traceable to business requirements.
- Lead business process analysis across the full Order-to-Cash cycle: ordering, pricing, credit management,
catalogue, returns, invoicing, and discount management - for all 8 EU markets.
- Identify and document gaps between current ERP workflows and the target platform; collaborate with the ERP
team to define and agree system configuration requirements.
- Plan and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for each sprint; act as the primary UAT sign-off authority in
collaboration with the Delivery Manager/Product Owner.
- Facilitate focused, decision-oriented workshops with business stakeholders across commercial, logistics, finance,
and customer service functions.
- Design and communicate business change requirements to operational teams in Belgium, Germany, France, Spain,
Italy, Poland, and Hungary ahead of each market go-live.
- Validate platform configuration against documented business requirements and maintain an up-to-date process
change log throughout the programme.
- Support the Delivery Manager/Product Owner with backlog refinement, ensuring user stories accurately reflect
process requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
- Minimum 6 years in business process analysis, functional consultancy, or a senior BA role within a B2B distribution,
wholesale, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and their translation into ERP and e-commerce platform
configuration; experience with Sage X3, SAP, or equivalent ERP systems is a strong advantage.
- Experience working on B2B e-commerce platform programmes - ideally Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 - with a
structured approach to requirements, UAT, and process change.
- Familiarity with PRINCE2 methodology, specifically Product Descriptions, stage gate outputs, and structured
requirements management.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills: proven ability to run productive workshops, drive
decisions, and manage diverse cross-functional groups.
- Structured, detail-oriented mindset combined with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English required; German, French, or Dutch advantageous given the multi-market scope.
