We are currently looking for an HR Director to join a leading company. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the people agenda across the region and contributing to the business’s continued growth and transformation.
Your mission:
As HR Director, you will :
* Define and implement the HR strategy, aligned with the global HR roadmap
* Lead and develop a team of local HR professionals
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all people-related matters
* Support organizational change, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and manage relationships with social partners
* Oversee key HR processes including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and learning & development
Your profile:
* A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles
* Proven track record in multi-site environments
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation
* Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
* Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French & English
