Senior Functional Analyst CRM Dynamics 365
As a Senior Functional Analyst CRM, you translate business strategy and customer engagement objectives into scalable CRM solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365. You operate at the intersection of business, product management, and technology, ensuring that CRM capabilities support organizational goals across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Lifecycle Management.
Working within an Agile Release Train, you collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, architects, technical leads, and development teams to design, deliver, and continuously optimize CRM solutions.
Your Responsibilities
* Translate business strategy and customer engagement objectives into CRM capabilities and functional roadmaps.
* Analyze and optimize sales and marketing processes, including lead management, opportunity management, campaign management, and customer segmentation.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digitalization through CRM solutions.
* Define and elaborate epics, features, and user stories, including scope, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
* Support impact assessments, Lean Business Cases, backlog management, and prioritization activities.
* Design CRM solutions in line with Microsoft Dynamics 365 best practices, including data models and integration patterns.
* Collaborate with architects and technical teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
* Facilitate PI Planning, backlog refinement sessions, sprint ceremonies, workshops, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
* Validate solutions, support testing and UAT activities, and assist with defect analysis and resolution.
* Advise stakeholders on CRM best practices while driving CRM adoption and improving data quality.
Your Profile
Must-Haves
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a focus on Sales and Marketing.
* In-depth knowledge of sales pipelines, marketing campaigns, and customer lifecycle management.
* Experience in CRM process design and data modeling.
* Experience working within Agile and/or SAFe environments.
* Experience defining epics, features, user stories, and managing product backlogs.
* Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
* Ability to influence stakeholders and create alignment without formal authority.
Nice-to-Haves
* Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
* Experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
* Experience with Customer Insights or marketing automation platforms.
* Knowledge of CRM integrations and API ecosystems.
* SAFe certification or practical SAFe experience.
