The Role
We've built strong foundations across wholesale and supply chain partnerships. Now we need a senior, hands‑on leader to take full ownership of channel expansion and turn growth opportunities into executed, revenue‑producing systems.
This is not a coordinator role. You will own the strategy and do the work. You will be the primary driver of new retail and wholesale channels, partnership launches, import operations, and margin performance — while building the systems that make it all scalable.
You'll report directly to Rebecca (Co-Founder) and have a direct line to every strategic conversation in the business.
What You’ll Do
* Own launch of FSDUs in major grocery and children’s clothing retailers
* Develop and close wholesale, retail, and strategic partnership opportunities.
* Coordinate brand collaborations — both CPG and IP/licensing partnerships
* Build the pipeline for future experiential and strategic activations
Revenue & Operations
* Drive contribution toward $800K annual revenue by year‑end 2026
* Oversee day‑to‑day commerce operations across Shopify, TikTok Shop, and future high‑intent shopping channels
* Explore and help operationalise emerging commerce opportunities, including AI‑powered storefronts, Pinterest shopping, social commerce, and new retail discovery platforms.
* Manage vendor relationships, imports, and international supplier communication
* Track and improve order margin performance through better operational execution
Systems & Scale
* Partner with the founder to build AI‑enabled workflows to automate repeatable operational tasks
* Bring structure and process to channel operations without over‑engineering
* Identify and close operational gaps before they become growth blockers
What We’re Looking For
Required
* 10+ years in consumer brand / ecommerce / retail expansion roles (6–10 years considered for exceptional candidates)
* Hands‑on experience in wholesale and retail channel development — you've opened doors, not just supported others who did
* Fluent in Shopify operations and TikTok Shop
* Experience with physical product vendor management, imports, and international supplier coordination
* Comfortable with AI tools, automation, and no‑code workflow building
* Strong operational follow‑through — detail‑oriented, high‑urgency, low‑drama
Nice to Have
* Beauty, personal care, kids, wellness, or CPG background
* Experience launching TikTok Shop from scratch
* Faire or wholesale marketplace experience
* Retail FSDU or in‑store merchandising experience
* Licensing or IP collaboration experience
* Proven track record in a lean, founder‑led company
