Job Title
A highly skilled Key Account Manager is sought to promote and drive the adoption of pharmaceutical products in the North and South Region of Belgium.
This key role will focus on engaging with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes and enhance product awareness.
* Promote and drive the adoption of pharmaceutical products by engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to support optimal patient outcomes and enhance product awareness.
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers and healthcare professionals in your region.
* Develop and execute effective account plans to meet sales and growth targets.
* Organize and lead training sessions for hospital staff, including physicians and nurses.
* Attend national and international medical congresses and symposia.
* Continuously monitor competitor activity and market developments.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Life Sciences or a pharmaceutical background.
* At least 2 years of experience as a hospital sales representative, with an asset in Neurology and/or Gynecology.
* Excellent communication skills in French and very good knowledge of English.
* Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
* A valid driving license and willingness to travel across your territory.
* Open to use multichannel management with good IT-skills.
* High willingness to learn, enjoyment of challenges and flexibility.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Organizational skills and resilience.
* High social skills, empathy and ability to work in a team.
