Mission ObjectiveSupport the organization in auditing, optimizing, securing, and managing its Microsoft 365 environment, while ensuring effective adoption of tools by both IT and business teams.ResponsibilitiesAudit & AnalysisConduct a full audit of the current Microsoft 365 setup (licensing, Intune, Defender, Teams).Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.Assess the configuration and usage of Microsoft Intune and Defender.Analyze license usage to optimize allocation.Audit Microsoft Teams, including telephony, to enhance performance and efficiency.Planning & StrategyDevelop a tailored roadmap for Microsoft 365 optimization.Propose a support plan for IT leadership to ease transition and adoption.Design a training and support program for end users.Define strategies for advanced use of Microsoft Teams, including integrated telephony.Configuration & AdministrationConfigure Intune for mobile device and app management.Administer security policies using Microsoft Defender.Implement monitoring and reporting tools for performance and security.Optimize Microsoft Teams for internal communication and collaboration.Support & TrainingProvide advanced technical support to IT teams and end users.Organize workshops and training sessions on Microsoft 365 tools.Train users and administrators on advanced Teams features (meetings, collaboration, telephony).Continuous ImprovementRecommend improvements based on feedback and evolving needs.Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 updates and integrate new features into company practices.Security & ComplianceEnsure configurations and practices meet security standards and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with the security team to implement robust and tailored security policies.Candidate ProfileTechnical SkillsProven expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, Teams.Proficiency in Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.Knowledge of complementary services: SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online.Experience with Microsoft 365 migration projects.Soft SkillsStrong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Project management for complex, cross-functional initiatives.Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.Ability to train and support users and IT teams.Recommended CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator ExpertMicrosoft Certified: Teams Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator AssociateMicrosoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) – a plusMission ConditionsMain location : Namur (Belgium), with occasional travel across Wallonia.Work schedule : Full-time, 8-hour days.Remote work : 2 fixed telework days per week (Monday is on-site only).LanguagesFrench : Native fluency required (spoken and written)English : Nice to haveCollaboration & DevelopmentWork closely with the current Microsoft 365 administrator.Ensure effective O365 knowledge transfer.Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing work environment.
