You will operate in an evolving environment where structure still needs to be further shaped, requiring someone who can bring clarity, create structure, and guide teams through change. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEngage with stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities /li liAnalyse requirements and assess impact across processes, systems, and data flows /li liPerform end-to-end impact analyses across applications and domains /li liTranslate business needs into clear requirements and solution directions /li liDesign conceptual solutions for transformation initiatives /li liContribute to roadmap development, balancing business and technical feasibility /li liSupport the creation of business cases and strategic decision‑making /li liAct as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment and challenging assumptions /li liDefine acceptance criteria and validate end‑to‑end solutions /li liSupport implementation, testing, and change management activities /li liLead process design and continuous improvement initiatives /li liEnsure high‑quality documentation of requirements and solutions /li liAct as a domain expert and key contact for stakeholders and vendors /li liDeliver insights and analyses to support operational and strategic decisions /li liHelp bring structure and clarity in a still‑maturing team and process landscape /li /ul h3Requirements Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree /li li5–7 years of relevant experience in business analysis or consultancy roles /li liExperience in complex environments with multiple systems and integrations /li liStrong experience in process modelling, process management, and documentation /li liFamiliarity with agile ways of working /li /ul h3Must have skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a continuous improvement mindset /li liExperience with process modelling, process management, and documentation, with affinity for IT and/or network environments /li liGood understanding of business analysis methodologies and agile ways of working /li /ul h3Nice to have skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of AWS, SQL, data modelling concepts, and UX is a plus /li liKnowledge of GIS / location intelligence is an asset /li liExperience in telecom and/or network environments is a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
