Job Description
As Group Senior Project Manager Commercial Excellence, you will:
1. Support the rollout of MS Dynamics for Sales, Marketing/NPS and Services purposes
2. Facilitate best practice sharing and continuous improvement
3. Improve the documentation and knowledge management for sales, marketing/NPS and services purposes.
You will:
Lead and support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on:
4. CRM module for sales performance
5. Customer voice module for marketing and NPS
6. Case management module for service operations
Training & Enablement
7. Deliver hands-on training to local sales, marketing, and service teams on the use of Dynamics 365 modules.
8. Coach local teams on the adoption of commercial best practices enabled by the system.
9. Develop and maintain comprehensive training programmes, including user guides, e-learning content, and support materials.
Best Practice Sharing & Continuous Improvement
10. Gather feedback from local users to identify challenges, needs, and opportunities for improvement.
11. Collect, document, and disseminate best practices across the organisation.
Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and regularly update training materials, Business Process Descriptions (BPDs) and Key Guidance Documents (KGDs) for sales, marketing, and service-related processes within Dynamics 365.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project management, business process improvement, or system rollouts in a commercial environment.
Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Customer Voice, Case Management or similar modules).
Experience delivering training and change management in a multi-country, matrix organisation.
Background in commercial functions (sales, marketing, service) is a strong plus.
