Your responsibilities as IP Attorney‑at‑law
* You will advise innovative companies and be directly involved in all aspects of IP litigation, unfair competition and IP Commercial Contracts & licensing.
* You look after the client’s interests, whether in court or through alternative dispute resolution.
* You will work closely with colleagues from other departments at Gevers to provide clients with full IP services.

What makes you fit the profile of IP Attorney‑at‑law at Gevers IP Law?
* You have a genuine interest in IP, are motivated, and eager to learn
* You hold an LL.M. with outstanding results. An advanced Master’s in IP is considered a plus
* You have 0 to 5 years of experience
* You have excellent communication skills (Dutch mother tongue; excellent command of English and French required)
* You are responsible, stress‑resistant and able to work independently and cope with tight deadlines
* You are client‑oriented and a team player with a positive attitude
