Job Description – Network Engineer We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure.In this role, you will ensure optimal performance, availability, and security across all environments, collaborating with teams across the organization to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure connectivity solutions that support business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network solutions aligned with organizational goals. Support network design, capacity planning, and long-term architecture development. Configure, monitor, and manage network components to ensure continuous, efficient, and reliable operations. Maintain high availability and fault tolerance across all systems. Monitor and analyze network performance to prevent issues and ensure consistent service quality. Identify and resolve connectivity and configuration challenges while minimizing downtime. Implement and maintain security measures to protect network integrity and data. Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of configurations, diagrams, and operational changes. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve performance and reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated experience in network management and optimization. Knowledge of security concepts and compliance awareness. Experience with cloud or hybrid network models is an advantage. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of professional experience in a network engineering or related infrastructure role.
