We are seeking a senior Data Architect to formalise and strengthen our Master Data Management framework and guide the data architecture of a major organisational initiative.
Responsibilities - English
Design the data architecture for a new dossier‑management ecosystem.
Analyse and define the global data architecture framework, including security, reference data, metadata, and master data.
Establish a phased planning approach and propose a scalable Data Hub concept.
Define common processes for Create, Update, and Delete.
Develop data models for new systems and propose tools, methods, and best practices for solution architects.
Align architecture with Data Governance principles and articulate business benefits.
Support the Data Management team and the Data Governance lead.
Qualifications - English
Strong ownership, proactivity, and ability to lead discussions.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
Focus on building future‑proof, sustainable architectures.
Strong communication and influence skills.
Ability to combine high‑level vision with detail orientation.
Fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
