* Build software that matters, contributing hands-on to features and improvements across a .NET backend and React frontend, raising product quality, reliability, and performance.
* Shape what ships, guiding pragmatic technical decisions that balance short-term delivery with long-term sustainability.
* Grow engineers, coaching teammates to develop confidence, ownership, and strong technical judgement.
* Turn problems into outcomes, partnering closely with Product to solve real customer needs—not just deliver tickets.
* Increase learning velocity, using experimentation and fast feedback loops to continuously improve.
* Enable autonomy, helping teams move faster through clear expectations and lightweight standards.
What You Bring
* A strong software engineering background with experience leading engineers in a product environment.
* Hands-on experience building and maintaining applications using .NET and React.
* Comfort balancing hands-on development with people leadership.
* Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and distributed systems.
* Clear, collaborative communication and sound technical judgement.
