What you will do
You will coordinate the activities to grow the business further with new customers.This includes carrying out effective people management and supporting the team inmaintaininga good relationship with customers.You will put in place a strong sales plan based on imec IC-link's strategy andobjectivesand ensure that the commercial pipeline is expanded.You will regularly also be in contact with business developmentcolleague(s) from main vendors like TSMC, to make sure that customer strategies stay aligned. You will also hire people to grow the team as the business grows, if needed.You will report to the VP of Business Development and Sales for IC-Link who is leading the IC-link business worldwide.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Executeand translateIC-link strategy into a localsales-plan. Coordinate sales actions in theEMEAregionso that IC-link businessobjectivesare reached or even exceeded
Managethe relations with our customers
Local team management
Manage and coordinate the actions of ateam ofASICBusiness Development Managers of IC-LinkEurope, for maximum business impact
Ensure efficient execution andtimelycustomer support by the team as well as by other departments
Business Reporting of the team on a continuous basis (weekly reports, forecast, CRM...)
Ensuregood collaboration between the BD team, the businesslineand operations
Gather market information & trends and keep the organization updated on competition
Cooperatewith imec R&D divisions to stimulate cross-selling
Supportthe marcom activity in collaboration with the Marketing team

Who you are
You have 10+ years of experience in semiconductor sales including ASIC or ASIC services
You are an experienced manager able to inspire your team and get the best out of each of your teammember
You are hunting for new ASIC opportunities in advanced node technologies, in line with IC-Link by imec strategy
You have a (European) wide network in the semiconductor industry (customers and partners)
Your background includes P&L responsibility
Having knowledge of the start-up and VC world in Europe and the Middle East is an advantage
Youpossessthe ability to attract andretainthe best talents
You are structured and to the point in your reporting
You have a Master in EE or equivalent by experience
You are used toworkin widelyinternational companies and have a very developed intercultural sensitivity.
