Job description
1. First and foremost familiarise yourself with your product category, ingredients and production processes
2. Follow international food law regarding ingredients, contaminants and labelling of your product range
3. Convert food regulations into structured guidelines for product and labelling purposes
4. Research legal and quality compliance of ingredients and labelling (inclusive claims studies) for new products and markets
5. Share product information in a standardised and user-friendly way with the international sales and marketing departments and provide support with customer questions
6. Approve specifications, labels and products from other food groups in your market areas
7. Provide key user support with our new PLM system and update data related to food law, ingredients, recipes, specifications, labelling and packaging materials
Profile
8. You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in food industry, food technology, food science, nutrition and/or dietetics.
9. We are open for people with tonnes of experience, but also just graduates make a chance. We just ask a passion for food and quality.
10. Working accurately with data and legislation, making connections and striving for perfection are just a few things that interest you.
11. A sense of responsibility, perseverance, customer-oriented communication and collaboration with international colleagues are things that really appeal to you.
12. You can work with PowerPoint and Excel, knowledge of PLM systems is a plus.
13. Finally you speak, read and understand Dutch and English fluently.
