We are now looking for a Distribution & Logistics Coordinator to join our newly created RBU (Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Sweden).
Overall objective
* Support, report & resolve local distribution/logistics related issues
* Support dealers and country offices to build and maintain a right-sized vehicle pipeline and stocks (right car, right place, right time).
* Support local field force with reporting & case management optimizing FIFO & LTS management
* Maintain NISSAN sales systems to ensure reliability and efficiency of sales/distribution processes
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain the ordering & distribution of new vehicles
* Production planning for 2 models
* Work hand in hand w/field force to identify/support case management related to pipe/logistics
* Support pipeline & ordering system related testing, training and improvement
* Assist dealer network with NIIVOS, orders, deliveries
* Maintain data in SCOPE (LVC/EI, Colours, dealer data, dealer users)
* Reporting in Excel based on info from Access Database / Nissan Tools
* Monitor, maintain and escalate LTS, internal accounts, holds
* Actively identify and pursue opportunities for improving processes, systems for the new Distribution & Logistics Department
Experience
* Geographical insight to local markets
* Planning and/or reporting experience
* English and a local language
* Microsoft Office tools and overall good PC skills, with specific focus on Excel
* Customer orientation
* Detail focus & high attention to follow-up
* Cultural sensitivity
