Key Responsibilities Lead B2B sales activities for electrotechnical and industrial energy solutions across the Flemish region Manage and grow existing client accounts (approx. 60%) Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities (approx. 40%) Understand customer needs and offer tailored, value-added technical solutions Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
What We're Looking For Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally in a technical or energy-related environment (e.g., batteries, UPS systems, power distribution) Strong drive for business development and building customer relationships Technical mindset or familiarity with electrotechnical/industrial energy systems Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset Residing in or willing to travel across the Flemish region
