About the Role
In this position, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver outstanding payroll services. Your efforts will directly contribute to our organisation's value proposition by ensuring accurate and timely compensation to employees, supporting a great worker experience, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Process accurate and timely payroll for ~500 employees in Belgium, including all payments, deductions, and statutory obligations (taxes, social security, etc).
* Reconcile payroll data and review provider output to ensure correct processing of starters, leavers, absences, and variable inputs.
* Manage payroll-related queries through our portal, providing timely and aligned responses.
* Collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders to provide accurate payroll reports and outputs.
* Support compliance by staying updated on payroll legislation and contributing to continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes.
* Assist with benefits administration, provider communications, and maintaining internal documentation.
Required Skills
* Proven payroll experience in a fast-paced environment, with deep knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation.
* Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel and high PC literacy.
* Proven ability to accurately process, balance, and reconcile payrolls with a strong focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.
* Solid analytical, numeracy, and decision-making skills, paired with strong time management and organisational capabilities.
* Experience working with payroll providers, managing compliance, and delivering high-quality service to stakeholders.
