Division Controller Exteriors

What You'll Do
* Be part of the finance leadership team at Etex Exteriors and support the Head of Finance Business Partnering.
* Responsible for consolidating and reporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end results of the Division.
* Assist in preparing the Monthly and Quarterly Business Review packages for the Excom.
* Participate in the groupwide Free Cash Flow initiative as a core team member.
* Monitor internal controls within the Division in collaboration with Internal Audit/Internal Control.
* Contribute to ad hoc analyses (including in S&OP) and projects such as Idea2Benefit, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, or restructuring.
* Support stage-gate project management and help build business cases for Division-level projects.
* Facilitate the Exteriors Finance Community through webinars, training, and sharing best practices.
* Encourage cross-divisional and cross-functional collaboration, including at the corporate level.
What You'll Bring
* Several years of finance experience as a Controller or Financial Analyst in a multinational environment; project management experience is a plus.
* Strong analytical, reporting, and planning skills.
* Proficiency in Cognos, SAP, Analysis for Office, Power BI, and Excel.
* Proactive, focused, and structured work approach with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances; results-driven with an analytical and accurate mindset; ability to influence and challenge proactively.
* Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills within a cross-functional matrix organization.
* Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
* Working proficiency in English; additional European language skills are advantageous.
