If you’ve come across Culture Kids on social media, you’ve probably seen glimpses of what it’s like to work here. The shoots, the laughs, the team energy, all of that is real. We care about the people we work with and the atmosphere we create. But if we’re being honest, those are still just the highlights. What you don’t often see are the moments where we’re fully locked in. The pressure, the deadlines, the deep focus it takes to deliver great work. Those moments don’t make it to Instagram or Tik Tok, not because we’re trying to hide them, but because when they happen, our full attention is on the client. Our priority, always.


Behind every project, there’s a team of incredibly talented people who show up with urgency, creativity, and an unwavering sense of responsibility. They make this business tick and make it what it is today. The people who work here don’t just come with good ideas, they bring clarity, they think in outcomes, and they push themselves and each other to do better every day. They’re diverse in background, in thinking, and in how they approach problems, but what connects them is their hunger. We move fast, we speak openly, and we care deeply about what we’re building. That’s the standard, and we won’t be lowering that.


Our ambition is to build something bigger than a marketing agency. We want to provide new solutions on how brands grow and enhance the client agency working relationship through our diverse, transparent & agile approach. That’s not a solo vision. It takes structure, commitment, and a team that’s fully aligned. Every person here plays a part in that. Our job is to keep building that team. Not just with dreamers, but with doers. People who can see the big picture and still show up every day ready to work through the details.

Our philosophy

Working for us implies there’s a culture fit between yourself as a person and the company. To determine whether that fit is present, we evaluate 5 pillars central to our philosophy:

If we believe something has the potential to move the dial and bring positive change, we do it. If not, we shy away from it. There will be no financial gain for the agency without there being an upside for our clients.


4. Agility & Flexibility

Things change frequently. We act with speed and a sense of urgency, because we’re not the only ones with good ideas, but we can be the ones to execute them first.


5. Feedback Loops

Feedback is given at all times & in all directions, also from juniors to the founder for example. Being receptive to feedback is key.


What you’ll be doing

* Create product-first content that converts: Reels, TikToks, UGC-style pieces, testimonials, explainers, reviews
* Help make products feel alive: tell product stories that highlight benefits without sounding like ads
* Nail the scroll-stopper: know when to be clear, and when to be clever
* Write like a human: Hook viewers fast, speak their language, sell through storytelling
* Edit quickly and effectively: CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or even just your phone
* Manage communities: Comment sections, DMs, reviews, user replies — the full customer loop
* Work directly with brands: Build out monthly content calendars and campaigns for product launches and promotions
* Create feedback loops between community and brand to influence product development & marketing strategy


Qualifications & skills

* You’re naturally curious about how products work, how people use them, and why they matter
* You’ve got a feel for performance content: what gets clicks, saves, comments, shares
* You understand how to make a product the hero in 6 seconds flat
* You’re comfortable testing, learning, iterating based on results
* You know how and when to integrate humor and have a fond understanding of meme culture and how to apply it to selling products
* Sharp with words: clear, human, conversion-focused
* Skilled in short form content editing
* Experience in working with ecommerce, marketplaces (Amazon) or product-driven platforms is a big plus
* Experience in agency, media, or creator environments
* Fluent in English
* Able to brief graphic/motion designers with clarity and direction
* You leverage ai to the fullest and integrate it into your workflows
* Proven ability to build & grow product-focused social accounts


What we offer

Currently, our HQ in the heart of Antwerp offers a personal desk & monitor for each, dressing rooms, showers, a gym and an independent lunch bar. Furthermore we offer:


* Gross salary of €2750 + net remuneration of €150 / month
* Additional benefits such as meal vouchers & additional holidays

* An understanding for last minute holiday requests & WFA (work from anywhere)


Work is extremely important for us, but there are things that transcend it. Life will always come first, and for that reason we give as much flexibility as we receive.
