What You’ll Do Here


Leadership & Team Management

* Provide day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to junior team members.
* Oversee workload distribution, ensuring projects are prioritized and deadlines are met.
* Foster a collaborative, supportive environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
* Act as the main point of escalation for team challenges, resolving issues efficiently.
* Lead regular check-ins and creative reviews to maintain alignment and quality standards.
* Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new social team members.
* Champion team development by identifying skill gaps and recommending training opportunities.


Strategic Execution

* Serve as a client-facing partner, presenting strategies, performance insights, and creative recommendations with clarity and confidence.
* Lead the development and execution of organic social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
* Translate business objectives into creative, channel-specific content strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
* Present strategies and performance updates to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
* Stay informed on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure innovative execution.


Content Development & Community Engagement

* Oversee and contribute to the creation of engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, copy) tailored for each platform.
* Review and approve creative assets to ensure quality and brand consistency.
* Manage online community engagement by monitoring conversations, responding to comments, and leveraging UGC.


Performance Monitoring & Optimization

* Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess content effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Deliver clear, insight-driven performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Recommend tactical adjustments based on data to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.


Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Serve as a confident, client-facing partner—presenting strategies, creative recommendations, and performance insights with clarity.
* Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, video editors, paid media, and PR teams to ensure organic content is integrated with broader campaign efforts.
* Partner with global teams to maintain consistency across markets while adapting for local relevance.
* Stay current on emerging social trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to keep execution innovative and informed.


We Need a Person With

* Advanced English proficiency.
* Client-facing skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 5-7 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within an agency or brand-side digital marketing team.
* Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and audience growth.
* Strong content creation skills, with proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
* Solid understanding of organic social media best practices, algorithms, and platform-specific nuances.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for storytelling and brand voice.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects.


What We Consider As a Plus

* Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
* Understanding of influencer marketing and user-generated content (UGC) strategies.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
