Project Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support our Transformation Office in Europe. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of private banking and financial regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for project coordination and execution, including tracking, reporting, and risk management. They will also conduct business analysis, gather requirements, and contribute to the design of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Additionally, they will participate in working groups, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination: Support the Transformation Office in project coordination and execution.
* Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis, gather requirements, and contribute to BRD design.
* Reporting and Risk Management: Perform general PMO activities, including project tracking, reporting, and risk management.
Requirements:
* Experience: 2-5 years as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of private banking and financial regulations.
* Languages: Fluent in French and English (written & spoken).
* Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
