Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Waregem. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate projects, managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Responsibilities include monitoring project specifications, liaising with clients and stakeholders, inspecting work processes, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Additionally, the role involves managing logistics and expediting tasks to ensure timely completion of each project.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Project Management and ability to effectively execute and oversee projects
* Experience in Expediting and related activities, such as managing schedules and ensuring timely deliveries
* Proficiency in Inspection and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
* Knowledge of Logistics Management, including resource allocation and transportation processes
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges
* Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software
* Experience in construction or roofing projects is a plus
