Jobomschrijving
As a Solo Legal Counsel your responsibilities are:
Provide legal advice across the company's operations.
Draft, review and negotiate contracts with partners, suppliers and stakeholders.
Manage legal risks related to governance, compliance, projects and operational matters.
Support Board of Directors, shareholders and annual accounts-related topics.
Handle disputes and litigation matters, in coordination with external counsel.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and translate them into practical guidance.
Act as the main legal sparring partner for C-level executives.
Documenten actualiseren

Juridische stappen ondernemen voor klanten
