1. Lead the implementation of SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for our clients.
2. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in accordance with client needs.
3. Offer expert advice on payroll process design, configuration, and customization.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to seamlessly integrate payroll solutions with existing systems.
5. Customize SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors ECP modules to meet specific payroll requirements.
6. Adapt payroll schemas, rules, and workflows to align with the unique needs of each client.
7. Develop and maintain payroll interfaces, reports, and integrations with third-party systems.
8. Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
ProfielWhat you bring to the table:
9. IT passion: A service-oriented mindset with a genuine eagerness to support others, coupled with the ability to understand and effectively communicate their needs.
10. Payroll proficiency: Understanding of Belgian payroll and/or post-payroll processes, gained through hands-on experience or educational background.
11. Legislative awareness: Familiarity with social legislation is essential.
12. Analytical prowess: Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze information to facilitate development.
13. Proactive team player: Quick to learn, with initiative, effective planning skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach, complemented by excellent teamwork abilities.
14. Language proficiency: Fluency in English and/or Dutch, with French considered a valuable asset.
15. SAP HR experience: Previous exposure to SAP HR is vital.
