Your role at a glance
As Junior Executive Assistant, you’ll support the senior Executive Assistants to ensure smooth operations and deliver top-notch administrative support to the Executives and their teams at the European Head Office.
Your responsibilities
* Organizing meetings and events, including travel and hotel arrangements.
* Managing agendas, emails, phone calls, presentations, and expense reports.
* Supporting team projects, creating process improvements, and standardizing workflows.
* Preparing reports and coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ad hoc administrative support to the different teams.

What we’re looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Office Management, Languages, or similar.
* Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in a comparable role ( Management Assistant, Junior Executive Assistant, Office Assistant/Manager), ideally in an international setting.
* Fluency in English; Dutch and French are a plus.
* Solid IT skills (Office 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
