Our opportunity
Position: Aliança Head of Direct Transport Sales
Location: São Paulo/SP
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 at home).
Responsible for a wide range of customer profiles, ensuring that the relevant sales targets are met. This includes driving short‑term uptake across all products. The leader will use their sales expertise to optimise the team’s results in their assigned region.
Responsibilities
Delivery as per Area Budget
Lead and set direction for the sales team in line with the approved budget, ensuring delivery of Ocean & LnS volumes, revenue growth, and profit optimization;
Coach and drive the sales team to sell and grow across all products;
Define and set targets for sales incentives in partnership with the Sales Finance Business Partner (FBP).
Define and Deliver Changes to Business Targets Based on Market/Asset View
Activate the Capacity and Campaign function to formalize commercial plans.
Customer Satisfaction
Actively monitor local Net Promoter Score (NPS) across segments and drive local initiatives to improve customer satisfaction for all local accounts.
Stakeholder Management Across Area, Region, and Global Functions
Provide structured feedback to product teams based on customer feedback and insights;
Support Business Development Managers with relevant sales leads.
Build and Develop a Best‑in‑Class Sales Team
Ensure succession plans are in place for key roles, including the incumbent role;
Coach direct reports to support performance and development;
Manage both local and global employee engagement.
What we are looking for
Completed degree: Administration, Economics, Logistics, International Relations, Foreign Trade, or related fields;
Experience in Sales and managing a client portfolio;
Experience in maritime and land transportation;
Experience with processes and the Office package;
