Do you want to play a key role in shaping strategic initiatives within Customer Operations Sales?
This role is part of the Customer Operations Sales Tribe under the Sales Transformation pillar. The small and specialized team focuses on optimizing sales operations within the Retail and Contact Center environment. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and realizing strategic initiatives. You act as an internal consultant and work closely with management and executive stakeholders to create sustainable impact.
What will you do?
* Act as a connecting link between different teams and departments on cross-functional projects, without a direct hierarchical line.
* Organize and manage the governance cadence and decision-making processes within projects.
* Translate strategic goals into a clear action plan, working intensively with director level.
* Research and analyze data and internal information about our sales figures, budgets, etc., to guide projects.
* Clearly structure and convincingly present information and insights to stakeholders, including managers and executives.
Your skills and qualifications
* Presentation & Structure: You translate complex analyses into clear, convincing presentations for management.
* Collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across different departments.
* Strong data analysis skills: Able to interpret data/input and translate insights into business opportunities.
* Project management: Experience managing projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your profile
* Structured and result-oriented, with a focus on priorities.
* Consulting experience is a plus.
* Strong business interest and understanding of data-driven decision-making.
* Quick learner with an agile mindset.
* Discreet and professional in handling sensitive information.
* Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
* Master's degree or equivalent through experience, with approximately 5 years of relevant work experience.
* Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
