You will lead a team of System Engineers, drive process efficiency, and act as a key liaison between technical teams and senior management.MissionTeam & operational leadership:Lead and mentor a team of System Engineers, fostering a high-performance cultureManage daily workflows, ensuring task prioritization aligns with business needsAct as a people manager, providing guidance and resolving conflicts when necessaryEnforce adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standardsService & vendor management:Monitor service performance, ensuring client satisfaction and contractual complianceCollaborate with external vendors to optimize service delivery and cost efficiencyDrive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and methodologiesPerformance & reporting:Track team productivity, budget adherence, and project timelinesGenerate performance reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparencyProactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategiesStakeholder collaboration:Report directly to the Head of TechnologyCoordinate cross-functional activities with Operations, Technology, and external partnersRepresent the Infrastructure team in critical meetings (daily stand-ups, incident reviews, etc.)Profile5+ years in a similar managerial role within IT infrastructureHands-on experience with data center operations, cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
