* Solid experience as a PostgreSQL DBA, including performance tuning, replication, and backup strategies
* Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, automation, monitoring, infrastructure as code)

* Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python)
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
