What you'll be doing As a consultant You'll be embedded within one of our clients' teams, acting as the AI expert, bridging business, data and product: Identify and frame AI opportunities clearly, assess feasibility, and help prioritise initiatives based on impact and complexity. Lead or facilitate discovery phases, including workshops and co-creation sessions to align stakeholders and explore AI-driven solutions. Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, data teams and developers to define, build and deliver AI use cases that bring real business value. Advocate for responsible and pragmatic use of AI, including risk awareness, ethical considerations and explainability. Provide hands-on guidance and coaching to help client teams increase their AI maturity, including ways of working, tooling, experimentation culture and governance. Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to change management when needed. As an AI Lead Work closely Movify's leadership to shape our AI strategy and roadmap across clients and industries. Co-design and evolve our AI service offering, building on Movify's strengths in digital products, UX, and engineering. Actively contribute to commercial efforts: from pre-sales meetings and client workshops to roundtables and networking events. Contribute to recruitment by reviewing profiles, meeting candidates and helping attract top talents. Foster a strong AI community within Movify: create moments to share, learn and explore, from casual talks to more structured learning sessions. Be a thought leader: share trends, tools and knowledge that push our collective practice forward. Mentor and support Movify consultants who want to level up in AI: whether they're curious beginners or moving into a new AI-centric role. Skills & qualifications 5+ years of experience in roles such as AI/Data Consultant, Data Scientist or Product Manager. Strong background in Data Science, Engineering or IT, with hands-on experience in AI/ML. Excellent grasp of AI technologies, including ML, GenAI, relevant tools and cloud ecosystems. Previous experiences working on AI-powered products or services. Strong product-thinking and user-centric mindset. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to drive new AI initiatives. Strong communication, storytelling and facilitation skills. Fluent in Dutch or French, with professional command of English.
