Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP EWM Consultant with experience in SAP EWM consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and implementing SAP EWM solutions in complex, customized environments, particularly within the life sciences industry. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our SAP capabilities and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP EWM solutions in enterprise environments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and design appropriate SAP solutions.
* Proactively identify issues and opportunities for improvement within SAP EWM and related modules.
* Engage with diverse stakeholders, including business users, development teams, and senior management, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Utilize your knowledge of SAP HANA and S/4HANA technologies to support migration projects and enhance EWM functionalities.
* Provide expertise in SAP EWM customization, including BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Spots.
* Conduct detailed analysis of existing SAP code, leveraging your knowledge of SAP ABAP to debug and understand complex issues.
Technical Skills - Mandatory:
* Experience in SAP EWM consulting, with significant exposure to highly customized SAP environments.
* Proven experience in configuring and implementing SAP EWM solutions in an enterprise environment.
* Knowledge of SAP HANA and S/4HANA technologies, including EWM on HANA, with experience in migration projects.
* Proficiency in SAP EWM customization and a good understanding of SAP ABAP coding.
* Strong knowledge of SAP main logistic modules (SD, PP, MM, PM) and their integration with EWM.
* 10+ years of overall experience across Supply Chain processes, preferably in the life sciences industry.
Soft Skills:
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to independently handle complex tasks and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Proactive attitude towards driving continuous improvement of SAP products and processes.
Nice to Have Skills:
* Fluency in French and English
* Experience with High GxP systems.
* Familiarity with SAP in a pharmaceutical or life sciences environment, particularly in R&D departments.
* Experience with Agile methodologies.
