DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to own and drive the future of Agentic Orchestration at Sinch. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our conversational strategy. The world of customer communication is undergoing a seismic shift, driven by the rise of specialized AI agents. We believe the key to creating truly coherent and effective customer experiences lies in orchestrating these disparate agents and other critical communication applications - tying together e.g. marketing campaigns with AI-powered support and human interactions into a single, seamless conversation.
You will be responsible for setting the vision and direction for our Agentic Orchestration product, making a significant strategic impact by capitalizing on this market transition. You will define how Sinch leverages its core differentiators - unparalleled channel access and rich conversational context - to become the essential layer connecting the conversational ecosystem.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Product vision & strategy: Develop and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for Sinch’s Agentic Orchestration layer, directly contributing to our mission of creating superior conversational experiences.
Market mastery: Master the rapidly evolving landscape of AI agents, conversational AI, and enterprise communication platforms to anticipate and capitalize on market shifts and customer needs.
Strategic leadership: Lead, inspire, and empower a dedicated, cross-functional team of engineers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid execution to realize your product vision.
Lifecycle ownership: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to launch and iteration, with a sharp focus on leveraging Sinch’s unique channel access and contextual data to create seamless handovers between AI and human agents.
Stakeholder alignment: Articulate and evangelize your strategy, roadmap, and results to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, making a clear and compelling case for strategic impact and investment.
REQUIREMENTS
Strategic product experience: You have significant experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of defining product vision from the ground up and shipping complex, high-impact B2B SaaS or PaaS products in a fast-paced environment.
Domain expertise: You possess deep knowledge of, or a demonstrated ability to quickly master, complex technical domains such as APIs, enterprise software integration, conversational AI, or communications platforms (CPaaS).
Leadership & influence: You have exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a natural ability to build consensus, influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, and inspire those around you.
Problem solving acumen: You have a strong sense of ownership and a passion for tackling ambiguous, complex problems. You thrive on the challenge of navigating market uncertainty and charting a clear path forward.
