We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist to support our HRIS transformation roadmap. This includes the migration from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors EC, implementation of new modules, and optimization of existing functionalities. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with a strong understanding of HR processes to translate functional requirements into scalable SuccessFactors configurations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consultation and Advisory
2. Business Alignment: Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and align application strategies accordingly
3. Problem Management: Investigate and suggest improvements to fix identified problems
4. Functional analysis: Gather business requirements and translate them into functional analysis and recommend best practices
5. Documentation Management : Make sure the functional documentation is kept up to date
6. Technical Expertise
7. Configuration & customization: Configure and customize SuccessFactors EC and related modules (LMS, ONB REC, RMK, GMPM, People Analytics).
8. Development lifecycle: Monitor system setup, testing and validation
9. Go lives: Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization
10. Data quality: Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the migration and implementation lifecycle
11. Continuous Improvement
12. Operational excellence: Monitor system performance and propose enhancements
13. Innovation: Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and innovations
14. Business enablement: Support training and documentation efforts for end-users
Required qualifications
15. Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Central and related modules
16. Strong understanding of HR processes and data models
17. Ability to work independently and collaborate in a cross-functional team
18. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
19. Experience in SAP HCM to SF EC migration projects is a plus
20. Proficient in Dutch or French, and English
21. SAP SuccessFactors certification(s)
22. Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Workzone or other HRIS platforms
23. Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy standards in HR systems
