Part of The Bicester Collection, Las Rozas Village doesn't do ordinary. Set along peaceful boulevards just 30 minutes from Madrid, our open-air, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 100 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still.


The Retail team is hiring a Private Clients Manager.


The role

As part of our Private Client Services team, the Private Clients Advisor plays a key role in shaping high-value client relationships and delivering a truly personalised luxury journey.


You will own and develop a dedicated portfolio of high-value clients (VIC), driving qualified visits and sales through proactive engagement and relationship-based clienteling.


You will act as both a commercial driver and experience curator, combining sales mindset with an elevated hospitality approach to deliver truly memorable and bespoke experiences.


Location: This role is based on-site in Las Rozas Village



What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:


* Client Portfolio Performance — Take full ownership of a high value client (VIC) portfolio, driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, structured clienteling activity, and the acquisition of new high-potential profiles to generate qualified visits and repeat behaviours


* Private Client Experience — Personally host clients throughout their journey, delivering bespoke experiences such as private appointments, fashion workshops, and exclusive activations through storytelling, styling expertise, and tailored recommendations


* Concierge & Benefits Activation — Leverage concierge services, events, and client benefits to enhance engagement, build long-term loyalty, and maximise client lifetime value


* CRM & Data Management — Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles in Salesforce, capturing preferences, behaviours, and interactions to manage pipeline, follow-ups, and performance tracking effectively


* Performance & Targets — Monitor personal KPIs (appointments, visits, sales) and contribute to overall team objectives, ensuring all client activity is accurately recorded and reportable

* Interpersonal & Communication Skills — Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills; fluent in English with additional languages a strong advantage


* Organisation & Attention to Detail — Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and care


* Desired Experience – Proven background in client relationship management within luxury retail, hospitality, or a premium service environment
