Our partner is a well established Belgian company, active in the dairy sector with strong expertise in the transformation, packaging, and distribution of cheese and lactose free dairy products. Following recent international acquisitions and mergers, the company is strengthening its ambition to become a major player both in Belgium and abroad.
To support this growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their team.
Your responsibilities
* Negotiate annual agreements and ensure strong commercial relationships throughout the year.
* Influence customers with data driven presentations that create mutual value.
* Manage customer P&L.
* Collaborate with the category manager to deliver category insights and make recommendations for growth.
* Provide regular customer feedback and suggest solutions to internal teams.
* Ensure smooth communication with other departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.).
* Communicate plans to the field salesforce to ensure perfect in store execution.
Your profile
* Masters degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of experience in Sales within FMCG industries (Retail).
* Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
* Very good command of Dutch AND French (bilingualism is a strong asset), English is a plus.
* Hands on, team player, enthusiastic, pragmatic and flexible.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
