Brussels (2–3 days per week) €80,000 – €85,000 + benefits (open to negotiation depending on experience) Overview We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join a dynamic legal and commercial team supporting complex technology and transformation projects. This role sits at the intersection of legal, commercial, and delivery, ensuring that client contracts are well-structured, effectively managed, and aligned with operational reality throughout their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Support new business opportunities by contributing to contract structuring, risk assessment, and negotiations Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from mobilisation through to delivery and close-out Identify and mitigate legal, commercial, and operational risks within client engagements Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including: -Master Services Agreements (MSAs) -SaaS and outsourcing agreements -Statements of Work (SoWs) -Amendments and change orders Act as a key advisor to sales, delivery, and leadership teams on contractual matters Support contract governance, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and internal policies Manage contract changes and ensure all variations are properly documented and agreed Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients Skills & Experience Qualified lawyer or relevant legal/commercial background Minimum 3+ years' experience managing or negotiating IT / technology contracts Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements Good understanding of contract risk in a delivery environment Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English Fluency in Flemish (Dutch) is a strict requirement. xjsrcvq Candidates who do not meet this criterion cannot be considered due to the nature of the client base.
