WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
* Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the pharmaceutical or vaccine production sector.
* Strong business knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (GMP environment).
* Experience implementing digital solutions in regulated environments, including integration with existing systems and validation with QMS.
* Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing product roadmaps.
* Ability to gather, prioritize, and break down requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience facilitating workshops and cross-site collaboration.
* Analytical mindset with experience in risk management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
* IT background (not pure development); ITIL certification is a plus.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

* Define a unified product vision and phased roadmap addressing global production challenges and stakeholder needs.
* Gather and prioritize requirements from internal teams, breaking them into actionable user stories.
* Continuously refine the product backlog based on evolving business needs.
* Build strong relationships with site-specific teams and facilitate cross-site collaboration.
* Oversee IT tool development, ensuring user-friendliness, seamless integration, and scalability.
* Lead the creation of role-specific training materials and define adoption metrics.
* Drive global change management efforts, addressing site-specific impacts and resistance.
* Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) with real-world production scenarios.
* Identify and mitigate risks related to production complexity and tool rollout.
* Monitor tool and supplier performance, define KPIs, and conduct regular reviews for continuous improvement.
