We are looking for a candidate seeking a hybrid challenge between Fleet & Facilities operations. You will be responsible for the Mobility actions & process overall + take care of the main office where the company operates (maintenance, cleaning,...) !

Your missions and responsibilities ?
* Supervise the vehicle fleet and the overall mobility policy
* Analyze market trends (including fleet electrification) and general sustainability initiatives
* Serve as the main point of contact for vehicle fleet-related questions and manage various supplier contacts
* Manage the maintenance of the 2 office floors of the company
* Supervise softs services as well (cleaning, security, orders,...)
The perfect profile ?
* Proficiency in French and Dutch required, good English is a great plus
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, and both experience in Fleet & Facilities
* Versatile, solution-oriented with strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to anticipate and handle numerical data
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
