Two days/week at the office.FR/NL + English is mandatory.What you'll be doingAs a Senior Microsoft System Administrator, you are responsible for the administration and optimization of our Microsoft-based infrastructure and systems. You play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity and security of our IT environment. You work closely with other IT professionals to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of our systems.Responsibilities:Administration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server environments.Implementation and administration of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Group Policy.Support and administration of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and SharePoint environments.Administration and optimization of MS SQL databases.Execution of system updates, patches, and security configurations.Monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues.Designing and implementing backup and recovery strategies.Collaborating with other teams to support and implement projects.Providing second and third-line support for complex technical issues.Documenting system configurations and procedures.Developing and maintaining scripts to automate and optimize system administration.Sharing knowledge and best practices with team members and other departments to enhance overall skills.ProfileMinimum 7 years of experience as a Microsoft System Administrator.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, SCCM, Intune, Defender, Exchange, and Office 365.Extensive experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.Proven experience in the administration and support of SharePoint.Strong experience in MS SQL database administration.Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Excellent communication skills in French or Dutch, and English.Ability to effectively share knowledge and guide others.Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or similar are a plus.Experience in security hardening and advanced storage management.Workplace type: Hybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
