Strategic Project Director The role of Strategic Project Director plays a pivotal part in spearheading the execution of high-profile projects across the Benelux region. Key responsibilities include ensuring effective communication and information sharing to guarantee a well-prepared delivery phase, overseeing major projects within the region, acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, implementing and enforcing project management processes, identifying areas of improvement in local project execution, guiding and mentoring local project managers, monitoring key performance indicators, promoting a culture of quality and safety, and collaborating closely with commercial, technical, and service teams. Requirements: Min. 10 years' experience in managing complex projects in (modular) construction, building services engineering or logistics sectors Proven ability to lead and manage high-profile projects in demanding environments as well as international clients with high-quality standards Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a track record of unifying multidisciplinary teams around shared goals. Excellent coaching and mentoring capabilities High-level communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly effective in multicultural contexts Capacity to perform under pressure while adeptly managing multiple priorities Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Benelux region
