Responsibilities
* Support the organization and smooth operation of the restaurant.
* Lead the station during service, ensuring organization, pace and service excellence.
* Maintain quality standards, organization and presentation of the service.
* Ensure service excellence in line with brand standards and the LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) guidelines.
* Deliver a welcoming and personalized experience to guests.
* Monitor the operation to ensure efficiency and consistency.
* Act in an integrated way with the team and other involved areas.
* Monitor customer satisfaction, anticipate needs and resolve demands.
* Contribute to the organization of materials and resources for the operation.
* Guide the customer experience, ensuring a high standard of service.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years in a similar role with restaurant service and guest service experience.
* Experience leading teams.
* Experience in luxury hospitality or high‑gastronomy restaurants.
* Knowledge of gastronomy and restaurant service techniques.
* Fluent English (to be tested).
