As Global Network Coordinator, you're the one who keeps that momentum going smoothly, day in, day out
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO
Organize events and programmes like a pro
* Run our international meetups, Rising Stars programme and Tribe Academy from start to finish
* Handle venues, speakers, logistics and on-site energy across multiple time zones
* Keep the daily operations engine running smoothly so the MD and Board can keep their focus
Build a happy community
* Be the go-to for agency leaders worldwide: you thrive on real relationships, not ticket management
* Engage with and onboard new members: you keep members happy and make sure they get value
* Drive network expansion: you explore new markets and agencies and manage a full CRM pipeline from prospect to signed-up members
* Lock in sponsors and partners that bring real perks to member agencies
Connect, from social media to strategic conversations
* Keep the network loud and proud as you experiment with communication formats
* Prepare board meetings like a pro, with sharp briefings, solid materials, zero loose ends
* Coach and mentor interns coming in through the Tribe Global programme

* Your English is excellent – any other language is a bonus
* You've got a feel for agencies and just click with the way creative businesses think and move
* Agency experience is a genuine plus as you’ll hit the ground running
SKILLS & TOOLS
* You have 4+ years in an agency, network or client service role, managing multiple stakeholders across markets
* You have CRM experience (HubSpot, Odoo or similar) and confident with decks, comms tools and Google Workspace
* You know how to organise and run international events end-to-end: logistics, suppliers, timelines, budgets
* You have a knack for writing content that people actually read and respond to
* You get bonus points for multi-market or multi-culture experience, partnerships and sponsorship management
