Production Manager
to take ownership of their GMP manufacturing operations.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee production activities, ensure GMP compliance, and drive operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage production planning and scheduling
Oversee manufacturing operations in a controlled environment
Review and approve batch documentation (MBR/BR)
Manage the full batch lifecycle from preparation to closure
Ensure compliance with EU GMP, cGMP, and internal procedures
Supervise cleanroom operations and contamination control
Coordinate equipment qualification and maintenance
Maintain a constant state of inspection readiness
Lead deviation investigations and change control activities
Contribute to risk assessments and continuous improvement
Maintain and update SOPs and training compliance
Lead and develop the production team
Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and performance
Support project implementation and operational readiness
Ensure material availability and production readiness
Participate in audits and inspections
Your Profile
10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Strong experience in GMP-regulated environments
Hands-on experience with batch documentation
Solid xphnsxz understanding of cleanroom operations and contamination control
Experience with equipment qualification and maintenance
Proven team leadership skills
Knowledge of deviation, change control, and CAPA processes
Familiar with risk management methodologies
Autonomous, structured, and adaptable
Fluent in French and English
