As a Communication Assistant your responsibilities are:
* Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
* Support the coordination of internal and external communication campaigns.
* Update and maintain the company's social media platforms and website content.
* Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication tools.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
* Monitor and report on communication and marketing performance metrics.
* Handle administrative tasks related to the marketing and agency department.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new communication strategies.
A successful Communication Assistant should have:
* A degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
* At least 1 year experience.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and fluency in Dutch OR French.
* Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools.
