What you'll do As a Testing Team Lead, you'll be a line manager for a team of (automation) testers: you ensure their wellbeing, their personal development, and foster good internal collaboration between the team members and other teams. You'll also be responsible forLeading the testing process, including planning, design, execution and reportingMentorship and coaching of the team in functional, non-functional, performance, load and security testingEstimation and planning of work for your teamGrowth conversations, career guidance and contributing to salary reviews Your challenges:Define test (automation) collaboration within delivery organizationEnsure involvement of QA in the design phase of projectsLeading test strategy towards a focus on automation and test management toolingCreating transparency towards internal stakeholders (product management, IT operations and release management) on quality assurance coverage and goals Job requirements What makes you a great fit We're looking for a people manager who wants to define & lead Isabel's test strategy towards a focus on automation.
