How you’ll Make an Impact
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define the best hiring strategy,
* Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and direct approaches,
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, motivation, and cultural fit,
* Present shortlisted candidates and advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process,
Candidate Experience & Process Coordination
* Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience,
* Provide clear and constructive feedback after each stage of the process,
* Prepare offers, manage negotiations, and support contract signature processes,
Employer Branding & Team Collaboration
* Represent CBTW during job fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives,
* Contribute to internal Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives,
* Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and actively participate in team knowledge sharing,
What You Bring
* A Master's degree, with a specialization in Management, Human Resources or Psychology,
* You speak English fluently,
* Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally in the IT sector,
* Interest and curiosity in technology and innovation,
* Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset that allow you to interact with candidates in a natural and professional manner,
* A proactive attitude: you take initiative, bring things together and take responsibility,
* In short: you describe yourself as goal-oriented and people-oriented!
