Your new role
As an IT Business Analyst, you act as the key interface between business stakeholders and the IT department. You translate business needs into clear and scalable solutions, contributing directly to the company’s digital transformation.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Gathering and analyzing business needs, identifying underlying objectives and challenges
2. Mapping current processes (AS-IS) and designing optimized target processes (TO-BE)
3. Translating requirements into user stories and functional specifications for development teams
4. Performing data analysis to support decision-making and business cases
5. Supporting testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring quality delivery
6. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across departments to drive continuous improvement
Your profile
You bring a structured and analytical mindset combined with strong communication skills.
7. Fluent in Dutch, French and English
8. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business or related field
9. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or similar role
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic approach
11. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel; experience with Teams
12. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL or programming concepts is an asset
13. Interest in or experience with AI tools (such as generative AI solutions) is a plus
14. Ability to engage stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative environment
