Half designer. Half builder. Fully dangerous. We're looking for the person who closes Figma and opens a code editor in the same breath.
About us
++addmore is a product marketing studio based in Antwerp. We help B2B SaaS companies get clear on what they're selling and why it matters. From positioning and messaging all the way to websites and launch campaigns.
We've worked with 100+ SaaS startups and scale-ups across Europe, and we know the drill: great product, unclear story, slow growth. That's the gap we close. Whether you need to nail your narrative, get to market fast, or run focused experiments to move a key metric.
The role"The designer becomes a builder. You're the first chapter of that story."
This isn't a choose-your-side situation. As a Design Engineer at our studio you sit exactly where design meets engineering. You design things in Figma, then you bring them to life in code. Or you skip the handoff entirely and build straight in Claude Code. Either way, you ship.
What you'll do
* Design in Figma, then turn it into a working prototype using Claude Code, Cursor, or any sharp tool in your kit
* Build directly in Claude Code when the moment calls for it
* Stay relentlessly curious about new tools, trends, and techniques
* Use motion tools like Jitter to bring UI to life, or bring your own favourites
* Inspire the people around you by being open about your process and discoveries
* Take initiative, communicate clearly, and follow through
What we look for
* Style first: That's usually where it starts. Show us something that made you proud.
* Hungry to learn: AI tools are rewriting the playbook daily. You're already paying attention.
* Ownership: You don't wait to be told what to do next. You figure it out.
* Clear communicator: You can explain what you made and why. That's rarer than you'd think.
🚨 You don't need to tick every box. Showing genuine interest already puts you ahead. We care much more about how you think and what you make than about what software you know today.
What's in it for you
* You'll ship things people actually see and use.
* Work daily with the newest AI tools before most designers have even heard of them.
* Design Engineer is one of the most sought-after profiles right now. You'll leave with proof.
* A team that thinks like you; curious, craft-obsessed, always experimenting.
* You'll build things worth showing. And we'll help you frame them the right way.
The team
You'll work alongside people who think the same way you do. You'll report to the Design Lead and grow in an environment where experimenting is expected, not exceptional.
How to stand out
You probably won’t have a huge resume yet. That’s fine.
What matters more to us:
* that you’ve made things
* that you’re genuinely interested
* that you can show how you think
So when you apply:
* Put relevant things in your CV, even if they’re small
* Link to a portfolio (Notion / Google Drive / Figma / Substack / LinkedIn / side project)
* Include class projects, freelance work, student jobs, club work, your own experiments — even work for your local bakery; all of that counts
* Show us that you care about startups, marketing, tech, or digital products
* Don’t only tell us you’re motivated; give us proof
We’re only hiring one intern. So we’re not looking for the most polished candidate on paper — we’re looking for the person with the most potential.
